Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is pleased to announce that Tariq Adawi, Aditi Kulkarni-Knight, Claire Mueller, and Ryan Wilcox will become partners of the firm, effective January 1, 2025.  

“Tariq, Aditi, Claire, and Ryan have made outstanding contributions to the firm and the greater Denver legal community, and will be excellent additions to the Davis Graham partnership,” said co-managing partner Kristin Lentz. “Each of them embodies our legacy of delivering premier counsel to our clients. This milestone underscores their significant professional achievements, and we wish them all the best in this next chapter in their careers as lawyers at Davis Graham.”  

Tariq Adawi has established a robust practice in corporate and business transactions. With a focus on start-ups, emerging companies, and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and various industries ranging from software and technology to aviation and hospitality, Tariq’s pragmatic approach and strategic insight have made him a trusted advisor to many businesses, executives, and founders alike. He has previously been recognized as a Colorado Rising Star by Thomson Reuters. Tariq currently serves as a member of the Steering Committee for the Colorado Lawyer’s Committee Nonprofit Legal Audit Clinic. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Trout Unlimited’s West Denver chapter. Tariq received his J.D. from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law and his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri. 

Aditi Kulkarni-Knight focuses her practice on all stages of commercial litigation, covering diverse sectors such as energy, technology, public utilities, and private equity. She has defended corporate and individual clients against claims of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, conspiracy, fraud, negligence, and other tort claims. Aditi is deeply involved in the legal community and serves as a Board Member at Large for the South Asian Bar Association of Colorado. For multiple years, Aditi has been named among the “Ones to Watch” in the area of Commercial Litigation by Best Lawyers and, in 2022, was named to the Lawyers of Color Annual Hot List. Aditi received her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where she currently serves on the CU Law Alumni Board. She earned her B.A. from Seattle Pacific University.  

Claire Mueller focuses her practice on product liability defense, personal injury defense, complex commercial litigation, corporate control disputes, and real estate disputes. Claire’s trial and appellate experience, along with her commitment to pro bono work, has earned her a distinguished reputation. She was recently named among the “Ones to Watch” by Best Lawyers®. Claire currently serves on the board of directors of Family Star Montessori. She is a current member of the General Counsel Mentor Program. She is a graduate of the 2023 Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training (COBALT) Program and  of the Denver Metro Leadership Foundation’s Impact Denver program. Claire received her J.D. from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University with a degree in Peace and Justice Studies. 

Ryan Wilcox holds extensive experience navigating commercial real estate transactions in Colorado and nationwide. He maintains a diverse transactional real estate practice encompassing acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing. His holistic understanding of the real estate landscape, particularly in hospitality, office, retail, recreational, industrial, and mixed-use projects, including historic preservation and adaptive reuse, has provided significant value to his clients. Since 2021, Ryan has been listed among The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Real Estate Law as well as named a Colorado Rising Star by Thomson Reuters since 2020. In 2024, he was elected to the Colorado Bar Association’s Real Estate Section Council. Ryan currently serves on the boards of the Colorado Historical Foundation and Historic Denver. Ryan received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and earned his B.S. from the University of Colorado.
